Our guarantees apply solely to elements within our direct control and exclude third-party actions.

What We Guarantee:

  • Accurate fulfillment of your order’s quantity and specifications.
  • Products that closely match your provided design.
Exclusions:
  • Delivery timelines: Managed by carriers; provided estimates are not binding.
  • Address errors: Incomplete or incorrect details may delay or prevent delivery.
  • Failed deliveries: Includes refused packages or multiple unsuccessful attempts.
  • Transit issues: Delays or damage during shipping.
  • Production pauses: Occur if awaiting customer input (e.g., updated designs, tax details).
Resolutions for Issues
  • Lost/Stolen Packages: Not reimbursed if delivery confirmation exists.
  • Damaged Items: Replacement requires photo verification.
  • Quality Concerns: After investigation (which may include returning items), we offer credits, or reprints. Return shipping costs are not covered.

Submit concerns via our Support Form within 60 days of delivery. We aim to respond within one business day.

On-Hold Orders

If your design requires adjustments, we’ll pause production and contact you. Timely responses ensure your order stays on track. Unresolved holds after the specified period will proceed to print, making reprints or refunds ineligible post-delivery.
