What materials do you offer for labels?
Paper Labels
Paper labels deliver a cost-effective labeling solution with a broad range of material options, ideal for custom product manufacturing and compatibility with diverse printing technologies. Perfect for indoor applications, they offer flexibility and affordability but require careful handling to avoid wrinkling and lack water resistance. While their durability is limited compared to synthetic materials, adding an overlaminate can enhance protection for extended use.
Film (BOPP) Labels
BOPP film labels excel in harsh environments, offering waterproof and moisture-resistantperformance with chemical resistance and autoclave sterilization compatibility. These durable labels feature tear resistance and a flexible, conformable design ideal for squeeze applications and flexible packaging. They also enable resealable closures and a “no-label” look on clear containers, combining long-lasting durability with sleek aesthetics for industrial, outdoor, or high-demandsettings.
What is the difference between small and large label sizes?
Small: Applies to label sizes with a total area of 16 square inches or less.
Large: Applies to label sizes with a total area of more than 16 square inches.
What if I need to revise my design after approval?
Revisions before printing are free. After approval, changes incur a $25 reprocessing fee.
Do you offer custom shapes or sizes?
Absolutely. We provide custom die-cutting for unique shapes tailored to your product. Contact us for any special requests.
How long does production take?
- Proofing: Approve your design within 24 hours.
- Production: Labels ship in 3–5 business days (paper) or 5–7 business days (vinyl).
- Delivery: Local pickup in Markham or fast shipping across Ontario.
Do you ship outside Ontario?
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.
What file formats do you accept for label designs?
Submit print-ready files as PDF, AI, EPS, or PNG(300 dpi). Need help? Request our free template or design assistance.
